Very curious, my recent ex, we unbelievably managed to stay friends defined every definition of bpd (textbook sense of it) and acknowledges it without proper diagnosis, Canada and lack of health care scenario. My question is, coping mechanisms, what can calm you down? It was a nightmare and I wish you the best. I’ve seen it at its worst and it wasn’t her and when she comes around would admit it too. Scary illness and I hope you win the battle. I didn’t know it could be diagnosed in teen years/ til the brain fully developed.
