So the age gap in and of itself isn’t the problem. 3 years difference is nothing. What is a problem is her definition as a minor. I don’t know where you live or what the rules are but in the UK (myself) minimum is 16. However where you are might be 18.
My advice is adhere to the law.
Def should break up with someone who lied about their age and shows immaturity because trust is the foundation of any healthy relationship. Did she tell you she was 19? If so, I’d dump her now. That’s not only lying, but that’s putting you in a serious legal risk. What else is she lying about?

Honestly it’s not that big of a deal morally, you did think that she was a more mature age and she did come clean pretty quickly, so neither of you did anything that bad. You didn’t really do anything bad you were operating under incorrect data. You aren’t some type of predator or groomer you’re just a slightly older kid. Legally though it might be an issue where you live but as long as you aren’t banging it should be fine. The other issue is her family. Her parent(s) need to be cool with you seeing her even if you aren’t physically intimate. So get the ok from her folks keep it in your pants a little while longer and you’ll be fine

Mate, she lied about her age. That’s an incredibly red flag. You need to think long and hard about being with her. That’s not a small thing to lie about.
