I parked my car where I always park it. They do street cleaning two days a week, which is the only reason parking is not allowed (clearly stated on lampposts). There are other occasions where they put out white temporary signs that specify other occasions where parking is not allowed.
The tow company’s website said my car was towed due to “TEMP TOW AWAY SIGNS.” I normally take pics of these signs so I remember, and my partner and I confirmed there weren’t any last night. Here’s where it gets interesting… When I called the tow company, they said the police report stated my car was towed because it was “Obstructing the flow of traffic.” It was absolutely not!
How do I dispute this and win? What evidence will help my case.

You will first have to bail out your car if you have not done so, because it will just keep incurring charges. Then you would have to contact the city and see if there is any record of your parking area being turned into a temp no parking area.
