For me, it was realising loads of people replay fake arguments in their heads before bed. I always thought that was just my weird habit until I saw it mentioned online and suddenly felt less alone.

So I’m curious — what’s yours? Something you thought was “just you” until you realized a ton of other people secretly do the same thing.
