I feel like I wanna eat cookies which I don’t have btw but I know I can’t just eat food every time I feel I’m missing something
it’s unhealthy to do that.

Do something to distract you. Clean something.
Try chewing gum or some other zero calorie mouth filler.
I have learned that if I feel a longing for food when I have recently eaten, it’s often due to misinterpreting thirst as hunger. This might be the case for you too and if it is, drinking a glass of water when you get this feeling may help eliminate it.
In my experience, this a symptom of insulin resistance. If you have insulin resistance or PCOS or similar metabolic disorders, you crave carbohydrates because your body can’t get the glucose into your cells, where it’s needed for fuel. So, you’re always literally starving at a cellular level, even when your stomach is full.
If you want a cookie, have a cookie. Life is short.
What do you mean by ‘missing something’?
Oftentimes that kind of “hunger” comes from either boredom or dehydration. Have a nice cup of tea, I recommend mint or ginger, and do something else that will give you a little dopamine boost.
First remind yourself that you’re already full. Then get busy doing something else.
