Friend took my phone and went through my conversations on Hinge and was surprised to see i have many matches and with pretty girls. He asked me how often I have sex. He sent playful messages to a few of them. He is married and also talks to girls but I do get signs sometimes that he is insecure. I’m just wondering is this normal behavior among guys?

I have a large friend circle of diverse people and have never heard any of them gossip about sex at all. Especially if they’re in a serious relationship.
If I’m in a relationship, I don’t tell my friends shit about my sex life with my partner. That’s not their business.
But if we’re single, ok I’ll tell them if I went on a date or if I’m hooking up with someone. That’s the extent of it.
They don’t need to know how often I’m having sex. Nor would any of friends even want to know that.
That’s some weird behavior from your friend. You didn’t even share anything, he violated your privacy and looked through your phone.

I don’t think I’ve shared more than how often we have sex. I don’t like the idea of sharing details. Certainly not without a good valid reason & my wife’s consent.
Yeah guys dont tell their friends anything about their sex life. This is really unfortunate imo. Cant really talk to your guy friends about it and share concerns/ comments/ issues etc. Gotta get girlfriends for that.
