I have been working on this company for almost a year now and naturally me and the owner became friends. We are both female, and she is 7 years older than me, but on a private party while drunk she tried to kiss me.
We ware not friends before I entered the company.
Im married and she knows my husband, we are both bi, and when this happened i was comforting her, cause she was on a bad trip. Im my head we ware 100% friends, and later that night my husband showed up and right away she told him what happened and apologized. But Im really uncomfortable now, and actually disgusted and don’t know what to do đź«
Ps. My husband is cool within it, it didn’t affect out relationship.

You did the right thing telling your husband right away. Now it’s about boundaries, if you feel uncomfortable, limit personal contact with her and keep things professional. What she did wasn’t okay, drunk or not, and you don’t owe her more than a work relationship.
I understand how comfortable or uncomfortable you feel in that situation. It’s completely normal to feel shocked and disgusted. What’s important now is to take care of yourself, be clear with her and your husband about how you feel, and don’t force yourself to talk if you’re not ready.
You just gotta talk and set some boundaries… or if you can’t get over it, find a different job.
