Is my 36M boyfriend lying to me 31F

This is a throw away account I 31F am dating 36M, we’ve been dating 10months and recently there have been a lot of thing that run me the wrong way but I don’t know if I’m over thinking everything or if I should leave.

So a few examples was I was on my boyfriends computer for a work meeting I had and his email happened to be open and I saw a welcome to premium bumble (the dating site) I confronted him and of course he got mad I invaded his privacy and said it was just on auto pay and he hadn’t canceled it yet but swears he’s not cheating. He likes videos on instagram of things like be the ceo that gets caught cheating not the man who was cheated on, or a sweet video of a man caring for his wife he just gave birth like showering her and rubbing lotion on her legs my boyfriend commented “B*tch made”. We used to talk about marriage but now he says we need to get my teeth fixed first before anything because my front teeth are slightly crooked. And most recently we were talking about cheating and he says it’s not that big of a deal for men it’s just sex and if a girl approached him and said no one would find out he probably would say yes and then backed tracked to say he hopes that he’s godly enough and has enough morals to say no. We also just don’t have sex very often anymore, he can’t stay hard and rarely finishes.

He says he’s just stressed and I’m putting pressure on him but that he loves me so much and wants to work through it with me, and he has every intention of making me his wife. I do love him so much, and I’m not quite sure if I’m blinded by love or if he’s just stringing me along?

TL;DR; : Am I ignoring red flags and being cheated on?.
