Change a country. Not permanently but just go abroad for a year. I was 21, when I broke up with my first gf, it really hit me hard. So I took on a 1y job contract in Ireland. Best decision ever!
If you have the money, try travelling. See what the world is like in other places.
If you don’t have money, then try finding a job that you don’t mind doing. You don’t have to love your job, but you have to like it enough to not dread going to work. An aptitude test might help you figure out what kind of job you can do.
