My bro workers no longer fw me , might be my fault tbh

Might be just a bro over thinking it lol but lately I’ve seen a shift with my bro-workers. The group chats dead, they text each other individually now. Seen’t it with my own eyes at a meeting. We used to talk shit together befo 🥲
There’s a huge team of us but only a few are in the group chat and are the ones who I consider my bro-workers. Our shifts overlap and are on different days but we used to link up more often. We’d shoot the shit or gripe on each other while still being cool with each other. We’ve gone out after work ate and had drinks.
The work environment has been very good for the most part with the team and superiors getting along.

With my bro-workers We’ve maybe seen differently eye to eye on work (our hands are tied due to policy) but we’d still remain respectful and have dialogue with the end result being we’re just dudes here to get payed and listen to what boss man says. We also just have different work styles too but overall we’ve meshed well great which is why we’d get together sometimes or text the gc. But there’s been a dramatic shift recently and I’m not sure if it’s my own doing or if it’s just outside factors.

Management has been getting stricter recently with “standards” and following “policy”. It’s been enforced on everyone differently and subjectively you could say.

Recently after having a very mild disagreement with my superior in front of his superior. I was called into my superiors office where we continued the discussion and at the end he brought up me clocking in a few minutes late. We have a grace period of a few minutes over the course of the last 3 months. but you only get so many and it needs an explanation. (Understandable since it’s all due to $$$) he further stated he would hate for my transfer to be revoked if my tardiness continues. I accept my fault due to me just plainly being in the wrong and saving face. However another colleague either doesn’t show up for work, or just creates their own hours. Others come in regularly late as well.

After that conversation I was lightweight heated due to the hypocrisy when it comes to enforcing policies towards employees. I’m never one to point the finger at others when I’m in the wrong. So I just vented to the bro-workers in the group chat kinda stating that I just don’t fuck with our direct superior anymore due to how he’s been managing us. Since then it seems like everyone’s moving differently.

Maybe I became the odd man out. Maybe I’m just straight trippin.

I also mentioned me transferring out. I agreed for that move months in advance before ever thinking I’d develop a cool relationship at work but I see it changing now. It’s cool it happens
