Is it normal to walk wobbly after an orgasm? Or something close to it?

r/

Um, I’m not well versed with these things. I just bought my first vibrator (I’m 19), & I’ve never had sex—It’s not something I’m interested in—so I thought perhaps trying to go a different route…?

I got one of those rose ones. I think I gave myself an orgasm? I’m not sure. However, I was very sensitive & it was a lot; however, I’m not walking right 😭 Is that normal? My legs were shaking when I was getting up & walking

I’m sorry if this is TMI. I’m just confused & how do I even know if I had an orgasm?

It’s totally normal to walk wobbly after an orgasm.

As for how you know if you had one, it’s hard to describe because it can be different for everyone and also different depending on type orgasm, build up, mood, etc.

I have orgams that I call my “every day” orgams which are like a mild pleasant build that crescendos and comes to a release but they feel just like a gentle wave of nice that builds in my genitals and then fades.

Then there are the “omg wow” orgasms that are similar to the first but usually after more intense prep work, maybe holding back a bit, when I’m really into it and not just wanting a quick one off nice feeling. Something I really work for. Those are the first kind but 100x and leave my whole body shakey

It’s definitely normal, especially when experiencing your first orgasms to be shaky and wobbly. Your body is experiencing one of the most pleasurable things it is capable of and so you will get used to it. You pretty much know you have an orgasm when you can feel the build up and it starts feeling more and more pleasurable than when you reach the peak is when you have the orgasm. It’s very hard to describe what it feels like, but afterwards you feel a great sense of release in your body and you feel really relaxed afterwards. To really tell though, after you think you had it if you go back and try to masterbate shortly afterwards your clitoris will be very sensitive to the point of it being too much and can be very sensitive and kind of painful. That feeling goes away in about a half an hour it all depends on how your body adjusts to it. Hope this helps!

Yes, After the ones that make my toes curl. They are the best and can change my walk for hours.

Reportedly Sexologists can actually identify slightly better than random if women have had an orgasm within a day by observing their walk. I don’t know how elacfurate the study was nor the cues they use to identify it.

Yes, sometimes you can get lightheaded after. That’s not the usually as previous commenters have said, but it can happen.

Totally normal. Then when you do have sex, it will be normal as well. Wobbling after I’ve orgasmed and then he has to the bathroom, looking like a newborn horse learning to walk.

My friends had to walk me to bed after an orgasm, like full on arm over shoulder telling me which way to go.
