Do gen z women mind dating short men if so what do recommend we do when trying to date?

r/

I’ve been wandering various subs and I keep running into post about how women hate short men or we’re seen as less than and it’s bothering me as a 20 year old 5’7 man myself.

I would like some input

5’8” 45 yo man here. It’s all BS. The sooner you accept the fact that you’re 5’7” for now (because you’ll become even shorter the older you get) the happier you’ll be with your life.

Edit: men stop growing at 21, so you still have some time.

Vast majority of women just want someone a few inches taller than them. 5’7 is a good average to be at!

You’ll do better off dating apps, but they’re worth a shot!

Best advice is to own it. To not get sucked in to obsessively thinking or talking about your height. Confidence is key. “Little man syndrome” is the biggest factor for why women turn away.

It’s BS. On an app it might affect the amount of likes you get, but most men don’t get likes anyway. In person it matters a lot less. The majority of women want to date a man as tall or taller than them. Your insecurity about is more likely to drive them away than the height itself.
