Missouri Divorce/Affidavit of Paternity

Location: Missouri
I really need help because I can’t find any information.
My ex and I have been separated for 7 years. A few years ago I had another child. We filled out the affidavit denying paternity and the father’s papers acknowledging paternity. So my husband is not on the birth certificate and never was.
Now my husband is trying to do the divorce himself without a lawyer. We’re on great terms, we have nothing to split, custody is 50/50 no child support, etc. But he’s convinced we need a copy of this affidavit to file the divorce. I’ve spoken to multiple people who work for Missouri Vital Records and none of them seem to know what I’m talking about. I can’t find any way to request a copy of this affidavit. I’m really wondering if this is something we actually need. If it were, I think the people who do this for a living would be familiar. Am I wasting my time on this goose hunt or should I keep trying to find a way to get a copy of this?

TL;DR Do I need a copy of an affidavit establishing paternity to divorce when my husband isn’t the father of one of my children?
