Many years ago my cousin was found dead and law enforcement decided it was suicide yet, the evidence really supports a homicide. What type of legal team is needed to reopen, or look further into this?
We have already called the LE agencies and completed the FOIA requests.

How many years ago is many? But the answer is probably that there’s nothing you can do.
What evidence of homicide did law enforcement disregard?
Nobody can force law enforcement to reopen a case. If you have actual evidence of wrongdoing by law enforcement, more than speculation and supposition, you could file a complaint with the attorney general. Whatever department you’re complaining about will not engage with you further on this issue once they learn of the complaint.
