I’ve noticed that sometimes in public — at work, school, or even in stores — emotions can hit really hard, and there’s never a safe, private space to process them.
Wouldn’t it make sense for larger public buildings to have a small, quiet room for people to cry or just emotionally reset? Like a mental health version of a bathroom stall.
Not saying everyone would use it, but knowing it’s there could be comforting. Thoughts?

Seriously though if you are so unstable you need a cry room in public. Utilise the toilets, or go sit ln your car, or find a quiet corner or stairnwell to chillout in.
