My friends gf seems to always know where he is but he insists he isn’t sharing his location with her and not signed into anything on her phone.
She can track him down to the door number of wherever he’s at, but she pretends she “just knows” because they’re “spiritually connected” and my friend is really believing this.
He believes that he can’t hide from his gf and she just always seems to “know” things, but I genuinely think she’s tracking him somehow and driving him nuts by making him believe she just “knows” because they are “tied to each other”.

Does he have a car that has app control to allow it to be charged, pre heated etc?
If it is parked on Smith Street and he has a friend that lives at 24 Smith Street, or parked outside the Jones Arms pub, then it is easy to guess where he actually is.
I have my partner’s Google account password (with her knowledge) and I can sign into Find My Device to see where she is. Any chance she has his account password?
Google maps has tracking and sharing. There’s probably other apps as well.

The absolute bollocks that this maniac is believing aside, this sounds like a pretty controlling relationship. Advise your mate to ditch as soon as possible.
Chances they are in a family sharing group which will automatically add you to location sharing.
If she has his password for Apple she can use Find My.
