Brussel Sprouts. Steamed and buttered, or baked with balsamic glaze and bacon pieces, or marinated in a nice Italian dressing. Cute lil itty bitty cabbages!
Lima beans. Always loved them. I’ve been known to have them multiple days in a row. Just a can of Del Monte Lima beans, boil on the stove, strain, eat. No added flavors or anything, straight beans
Tomatoes… and I am aware they are technically a fruit, but intelligence means you know that, and wisdom is knowing you don’t put a tomato in a fruit salad. By far my favorite fruit.
