All I can suggest is what I currently do, which is to go to sleep early, don’t drink coffee or alcohol before going to bed and I get up really early like 3.00am and my brain is like lazer sharp, buzzing with ideas and I can get a lot done at that hour and I feel great. Give it a try if you can!
I’d come up with a better term than “final solution”
It’s honestly as easy (or as hard) as getting 8 hours of good sleep every night, staying hydrated, getting exercise, and eating right. Eliminate stimulants like caffeine and steer clear of all intoxicating substances.
You’ll feel like a million bucks.
Exercise exercise exercise. Both cardio and resistance. There are no easy answers dedicate yourself to exercising every day and you will see results.
