You know what I mean. When you have that tingle in your nose but just dont sneeze it feels like edging and when it finally happens its like this massive shudder running up your spine.
Idk, I know it sounds weird like this, but sneezing just feels good?

It’s positive reinforcement from your brain for getting those nasty germs out of your system.
I’ve always wondered about this! Sometimes when I’m about to sneeze but can’t, I literally start doing that weird face-wiggle thing and my coworkers look at me like I’m having some kind of episode. But when it finally hits? Pure bliss.
Because for a split second, your body forgets all its problems and just goes, ‘Ahh…choo!’ It’s like a budget orgasm free, quick, and socially acceptable in public.
Because a sneeze releases small amounts of endorphins, the same chemical that comes with an orgasm, as well as clearing your sinuses.
The reverse is also true, have an orgasm, and your sinuses may clear up a little bit.
The boring reason is that the parasympathetic nervous system controls sneezing and sexual response are interlinked and if overstimulated one can affect the other. I had a girlfriend who sneezed when she orgasmed.
It’s sort of related to the ACHOO syndrome where you sneeze when you get exposed to bright lights.
