Had an experience and it went like loss of hearing -> loss of sight -> euphoric feeling -> memories
Why is that so? What happens in this situation and why is (from what i have read) always the same chain of events?
I remember being scared at first followed by the loss of senses in said order and then just darkness with flashbacks of memories i didn’t even know i could remember?

Your brain is protecting itself from what’s happening. That electric meat in your skull is all about self-preservation, which is why people can sometimes pass out from pain.
If something really bad is about to happen, something your brain thinks may be fatal, it is theorized that it’ll flood itself with DMT to gently hallucinate itself into the great beyond.
