Bought vehicle from used car dealer and they did the paperwork’s works- DMV flagged the registration for possible odometer fraud and 90+ days later the title came branded as not actual mileage

Location: California.
Long story short –

Bought vehicle from used car dealer nothing was disclosed about possible odometer discrepancies – I would not buy the car if that was the case because I bought it for Turo.

I was not able to use the car for the last 2 months because DMV flagged it for possible odometer fraud and they did an investigation.
Investigation took more than 90 days and the verdict – mileage not actual.

I lost money while the vehicle was not rented and now I will continue loosing money.

What is the correct way to go ?

Are the legally obligated to buy back the car since the mileage fraud was not disclosed
