Any female security guards out there?

I feel like I’m stuck. I’m Working in a male dominated work field & there’s not many females doing this type of work. There is only one other female co-worker where I work at. I’ve tried asking to be re-located multiple times & nothing has been done. I’ve been at this location for almost 2 years now.. they always seem to complain about me though which is funny. I do my job & I do it well! Too bad if I’m in the bathroom for a few minutes. We all have to go… I’m not being told when to go to the bathroom either & they tried! I told my boss it’s not right for someone to tell somebody else when to use the bathroom.. if I have to go I’m going to go.. I got a doctors note next time someone says something!!! & too bad about my “Bad Hand Writing” too. & No I’m not gonna “Work on it”… but oh well want you to start doing this & that. Why is it always something?? That’s not even Half of it… Like I’m here to Work. & Make money. Where’s the Raise?? It’s almost been 3 years with the company. I literally give up asking for a raise and to be relocated now. it’s always “They’re Working on it” … & I’ve been putting job applications in every week to every other week. So many declined. The job market sucks now a days so yeah , I feel like I’m stuck.. I really don’t want to go into a fast food job like I did years ago before security. I just hate how everything is a Hassle.. anyone else?
