High conflict ex issue

Location: South Carolina
I was living with my fiancé for past 20 years. My name is on deed and not mortgage. We separated and I purchased a townhome but in loan process they are requesting a copy of the mortgage and home insurance but I’m not on the mortgage so the company won’t give me any information. My ex is ignoring my requests for such information. I have told the mortgage company but they are still insisting on this information. Any advice?
