Me and my ex (both 18) stopped talking around May of this year, and since then he has hacked my social media accounts multiple times. While I was sleeping, he posted a private picture of me to my public story. I panicked and deleted it right away, and logged him out.

No genitalia is shown, but the photo is explicit in nature; you could argue that it’s not but I took it with the intent of being spicy and to send to my boyfriend. I am in a leotard that is very revealing

Someone replied to my story and I screenshotted that as proof. I also saved it in chat.

I didn’t take a screenshot of session management before I logged him out, but I found out that he has had a passkey to my account on his phone since December that I didn’t know about. I took a screenshot and removed his passkey.

I have multiple emails of requested login codes throughout the past few months, but they’re a little old and they don’t say from what device they are from, so Im not sure if that can be used.

I requested my data from Snapchat and emailed them asking if they can tell me where that story was posted from.

I have screenshots of our texts from after he logged into my Instagram account back in May and changed my password. Im not sure if this can be used or not and Inalso don’t think he explicitly admitted to logging into it, but he sent me a message talking about the conversations I was having with my friends (maybe that could be proof?). I could also try to dig up data proving that he logged in to it, but Im not sure
Sorry if this is a bit messy. I tried to organize all my different ideas here. Im a bit shaken up and I don’t know what to do, Im upset because those pictures were supposed to be for my bf only, and I also have lots of embarrassing photos in my memories and stuff. I just want to know if I can make a case and what steps to take. I want to report this to the police department later (it’s 4am lol) but I don’t wanna go there without enough evidence that it was him. What else can I gather?
