Siblings Blew Their $150k Inheritance Advance, Abandoned Their Dad, and Now They’re Suing the Sister Who Was Left With Everything

There are family feuds, and then there are just… family dumpster fires. We’ve all seen arguments over wills, but this story isn’t just about money. It’s about a level of entitlement so profound, so breathtakingly audacious, that it’s a miracle the narrator can even speak from the sheer, unadulterated rage.

Our story starts with a father who passed away. In his will, he left his entire estate to the narrator, his daughter. He also explicitly disinherited his other two children, “Mark” (40M) and “Jenna” (38F).

Now, on the surface, that sounds harsh, right? Cutting your kids out completely? What a monster! Oh, but wait. Just… wait. There’s a reason. And it is a doozy.

It turns out that 10 years ago, Mark and Jenna “begged and begged” their dad for an “advance” on their inheritance. He had a lot of money at the time, so he gave it to them. He gave them $150,000. Each. A $300,000 “advance” for them to start businesses.

And what did these two brilliant entrepreneurs do with that small fortune? Did they build empires? Did they invest wisely? Of course not. They “blew it within two years.” On “vacations, cars, etc.” I am screaming.

But the story doesn’t stop at “they’re bad with money.” Oh no. It gets so much worse. After they had burned through their father’s $300k, they had the nerve to ask him for more. And when he, understandably, refused, they got “cruel.”

They didn’t just get mad. They stopped visiting. They cut him off. They refused to let him see his own grandkids. They weaponized his family because he wouldn’t be their personal ATM anymore. To top it all off, they ran a smear campaign, bad-mouthing him to the entire family, calling him a “miser” who was “hoarding” their money.

And who was there while these two brats were off living their lives, poisoning the family well? Our narrator. The “good” daughter. The one who actually had a great job and didn’t need his money.

She was the one who took him to doctor’s appointments. She was the one helping with his finances. She was the only one with him in hospice when he died. It was just her and him at the end, after his other two children had abandoned him for eight years.

So, of course, the will was “iron-clad.” It even included a clause stating that Mark and Jenna had already received their share “during my lifetime.”

And now? Mark and Jenna are “furious.” They are blowing up the narrator’s phone, claiming she “poisoned” him against them. They are, once again, bad-mouthing her to the whole family. And now, they’ve hired a lawyer.

They are threatening to contest the will, claiming she—the only person who cared for him—used “undue influence.” The hypocrisy is so thick I’m choking on it.

And here is the final, perfect, most disgusting cherry on this sh!t sundae. They have offered to “drop the lawsuit” if she just gives them $100,000 each.

This isn’t about “justice.” This isn’t about “what’s fair.” This is a f*cking shakedown. It’s extortion. It’s one last attempt to bleed their father dry, even after he’s gone.

The narrator, who is my new personal hero, told them to “get lost” and that she’d see them in court. And now, somehow, she’s wondering if she’s the ahole.

Let me be absolutely clear: N-T-A. You are not the ahole. You are a saint who is being terrorized by two ghouls. Do not give them a single cent. Let them spend their last dime on a lawyer. Your father knew exactly what he was doing. He didn’t just leave you his money; he left you with the power to finally hold his ungrateful, cruel, and entitled children accountable.
