While you may be underweight at 135 lbs the only one who can tell you if it is unhealthy would be your doctor. There could be underlying causes as to why you are your weight that us as internet strangers would never be able to tell you. Or could be that 135 is “normal” for you. We have no way of telling whether you are healthy at that weight or not
Talk to a registered dietician, a professional trained in helping people have a healthy relationship with food a body. Your body’s natural set point might be lower, or you might not be getting enough nutrients in your diet.
Well… it’s good you’re asking! Seriously, I get it, weight concerns are a big deal, especially when you’re trying to figure out what feels right for you. My friend’s relative had a similar thing happen and after speaking with a doc it really helped. It’s important to remember that everyone’s body is different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. And, you know, focusing on feeling your best and taking care of yourself is ultimately what matters most… it’s so important

Definitely lean. You’re probably at the extreme low-end of ideal, but dude don’t get medical advice from us assholes. Go see a doctor

I’m 5’11 and I wouldn’t want to go under 145. Ideally I’m at 160. That’s just what I like for me though. Ask your doctor.
