This is the second part about the creepy guy I (20M) spoke to yesterday, so I highly recommend reading the first post to get a better understanding of the situation. Today I spoke with my counselor about it and even showed him the screenshots of the conversation I had with the guy, and I asked him what should I do about it, and to my surprise, he told me to do nothing since he wasn’t threatening me or actually speaking to my sister. But he legitimately asked inappropriate questions about her, and that alone screams that he needs to be punished severely.
It doesn’t matter if he wasn’t threatening me or wasn’t actually speaking to my sister, he asked me inappropriate questions about her, and for that reason he needs to have some form of punishment. Any advice on this?

File a police report. Nothing may come out of it, but should the creep do this again, or escalate it further, there’s already a paper trail started linking him to inappropriate behaviour
