I’m the only who has the phobia/problem?

r/

So Im 22(M)virgin, I have issue that whenever I tries to have sex with someone, I start thinking how someone else penis might have(pretty sure) touched this part or done the deed. To put normal perspective it’s like drinking from someone’s water bottle or using same spoon as someone else used for eating and being afraid or disgusted with their mouth bacterias.I’m okay with past but this is more like having phobia of germs.
AND KINDLY FORGIVE ME IF YOU FEEL LIKE IM MAKING NASTY REMARKS ABOUT SOMEONE’S PAST.
edit 1. Thank you for your kind response. I thought I was gonna get recked by people for saying this stuff

    Do you happen to have OCD?

    A couple things that may help you change your perspective;

    1. Female anatomy cleans itself – the bacteria found inside & acidity (ph levels) are there to act as a natural way to keep the body “refreshed” and healthy. So while a bath or shower can clean the surface areas (and some of the inside), the body will naturally do a “deep clean” and return to it’s natural bacteria levels within a few days.

    2. Your body replaces decaying cells with new ones at a constant rate. Skin & soft tissue are replaced with new cells within months. Muscle & organ cells are regenerated over the course of years.

    Both of these facts can help you shift your perspective on the human body, and that no single touch or previous act with another partner will be a lasting, permanent addition to the body’s history.

    People wash themselves, so technically it’s like using the same spoon as someone else but after it went in the dishwasher

    Let’s say you eat with a spoon. After you ate with it, it get’s into the dishwasher and you eat with it again. Even others eat with it. Isn’t it the same? You throw em put after every use?
