For some context, got out of shower, had water stuck in my ear, tried getting it out with a cotton swab thinking it would absorb it, instead went up WAY further, won’t come out. What do I do to get it out??

You can go to CVS or the equivalent and get swimmers ear drops. They are so helpful. If that doesn’t work, the doctor.
Tilt your head all the way to the opposite side to the watered ear (e.g. if it’s your right ear, tilt your head to the left) and then whip your head to the watered side (e.g. left to right). You’re essentially trying to fling the water out of your ear with force. Do this a couple of times and you might feel it dislodge
