So after a accident four years ago left me wheelchair bound I have been left in constant extreme pain, I also spent thirty years being abused by my own family, kept locked away and a slave, physically and mentallly abused leaving me with severe mental health issues that thanks to the shit local mental health services I am getting NO help for.
I live in constant fear and pain, cannot go outside as I worry about punishment occuring, I cant abide being touched wake at the slightest sound or touch.
my legs are both agony and swell, discolor and no amount of pain killers help, I have even tried to overdose on them but nothing.
I have a carer but she does nothing but make mess, drains me financially and exhusts me.
My cats were this month poisoned by my neighbour, they were all I had and loved and I cannot cope anymore, I cant afford the wheelchair I need. cant get another cat cause every penny I had went to save my cats, I dont have food for the month, I am eating a third of a tin of beans with a piece of bread for a meal, sleeping most the day and then eating pasta with a oxo on other days.
The nearest food bank is in another city and I cant get to it.
I just dont want to keep on like this, I have been stock piling my pain meds and working up enough last time when I tried to end my life I took 21 pills this time doubling it, I am leaving my home to animal charities, I cant get any financial help as my credits ruined by my live in carer, I just am done.

I’m sorry you are going through this. Is there a church close by that can possibly help with food? Like free meals once a week ? We have churches here that do meals. And that caretaker should be helping you with outreach programs. Maybe reach out to her supervisor and see if there are programs close to you that can help you with your wheelchair. I mean you would think that part of their job is to help you with what your needs are. And a little therapy would help out too. I just want you to know that your life matters and I hope you get the help you need.🙏💪💓
