I do this too, maybe even a lil worse than you. I’m the guy who blast music with his window open at the red light. When I was younger I was a musician and super into fashion. I would pull up into the college parking lot making SURE the music was blaring, with the PEAK part of the song playing so everyone knew I was cool 😂.
I’ve chilled out on this, but I still do it. I still listen to music with windows open at red lights, but I’ve chilled on the parking lot thing. Even now though, I’m known for blasting music loudly.
IMO there’s nothing wrong with it. My dad used to do it growing up and he was a cool guy in his youth. I thought he was so cool rocking out to his music. It’s natural I would do it too.
You should do it at red lights and up the ante! Who cares what people think! It’s a silly thing for people to get mad about at the end of the day too.

I know too many people who just want to tell you something : They did something similar and now, realizing how idiots they were, would give anything to go back and not doing it! By exposing themselves to too loud sound for too long, they developed tinnitus and that makes the many decades they still have to live miserable.
So please, stop doing things like that. Not for others, for yourself!
