For the love of god and all theater employees, behave yourself and stop freaking out during the stupid Minecraft movie like you’re 5 years old, act your goddamn age.

First of all one would assume it’s mostly kids and if it was this would be more excusable but it’s really not; I remember when Endgame came out albeit I didn’t have a job back then so idk if it’s comparable and if it was this bad.

However its becoming cringe and incredibly selfish behaviour and this movie is the worst I’ve seen people react to. Have some respect in public, it’s not THAT hard. people have been talking loudly and you then you get complaints about the yelling from folks, usually parents who just wanna yk? Watch the goddamn movie with their kids? I feel bad cus it’s absolute hell for them but guess who they end up taking it out on? recording, screen brightness maxed out, running around and throwing piles and piles of popcorn everywhere like it’s confetti and now even fucking soda, it’s never been this bad, this movie really does not warrant ANY of this.

What really surpises me all the time are parents+kids where the parents won’t show the kids how to do it and leave all the trash behind. Its normal but rn it’s infinitely worse. And I have the pictures to prove it.

Kids don’t know it better, but man I’ve noticed that it’s not just them it’s the older people too. I have so many 18-30 people that would rahter spent 40 seconds hiding their trash under the seats than take it downstairs in 20 seconds to throw it away. Really guys? Really? Nobody wants to deal with your shit or have to have you kicked out. Act normal. act your age for once in your life or better yet do this shit in your own home. I might just call in sick next weekend.

Oh my word, that kind of behavior is ridiculous! I’m so sorry. Curious if it happens in any other movies? Or if it is something about the demographic watching Minecraft.

Yeah anybody who thinks OP is overreacting im assuming suffers from main character syndrome, you can have “fun” and still being considerate of other people who are forced to exist near you

Since COVID society and it’s norms are going downhill way too fast

the slight yelling I understand for jokes but the screaming yelling is NOT okay and the throwing things is not okay UNLESS the people doing it are cleaning it lol

I can’t stand going to movies now for that reason and people are always getting up during the movie so the doors to the theater are constantly opening and closing. Movies aren’t cheap and I find watching them at home is a better option for myself.
