Could you still do a head first slide into 3rd base?

I’m 39. I feel like I could still do a feet first slide if needed.
I think I’d break some ribs doing a stomach slide.

    No problem. I’m over 50 and still do (and teach) judo every week.

    I went and played rugby for a season. The running was what did my feet in not the stress from falls etc.

    I could do it. I’d get the shit scraped out of my arms and hopefully wouldn’t bust my chin going onto the ground, but I could do it.

    I wouldn’t tho, cause I’d be feeling that pain for weeks.
