Like, if you were filled with enough adrenaline, and were built like a linebacker or something, could you theoretically grab someone’s face and tear apart their face to the point where the mandible came completely away from the rest of their head?

I’m going with yes on the grounds that our meat suits are surprisingly fragile, and that the part of your brain that won’t let you use all of your strength can turn itself off (think about moms lifting cars off of kids). I am not a medical professional and I’ve done no research. Just a guess.
I’d say yes because using your hands to pull something involves the back muscles which is a much larger muscles than the massette (jaw muscle). Although I doubt a weaker person could accomplish that since the jaw muscle is the strongest muscle in the human bldg
Like King Kong did to that dinosaur? I think it depends.
Is the victim alive or fighting for their life?
The jaw muscles are incredibly strong. The arms, shoulders and back muscles are also strong af but If the person is fighting for their life, an ergonomical position to exert the force to rip it off seems hard to achieve.
It would take a pretty large amount of strength and be pretty unlikely by the vast majority to be able to do. That being said, is it impossible? No.
