That’s almost the opposite of egotistical imo. Being thankful of something you’re not taking it for granted and you have the perspective that you know not everyone has that gift- if you act accordingly it will make you a better person.
My heart breaks for you that you even have to ask this question. Society is so ass backwards today.

I think it’s fine to be thankful for good looks. As I get older, my looks have faded, but I find myself thankful for human beauty. I look at young people and am delighted by the beauty of their youth. Not envious or sad, just happy and grateful.
I wouldn’t go bragging about it, but it’s perfectly fine to be grateful to not be totes uggos.
