Of similar age. I’m not suicidal one bit! But we all know nobody lives forever. What’s the point of continuing to work day after day? Our bodies slowly failing and future is uncertain. In a few years I’ll be able to retire but literally my body physically is painful. What kind of life is this? Just a predominant thought I have often. I also think about what if something happens to me medically that I can’t take care of myself. There are many things to think about.

You could join some clubs or take up a hobby. You could travel to new places or go back and revisit old favorites.
You could read books (or ebooks).
You could watch movies, go to concerts or plays or other theatre.
You could visit museums or flea markets.
I am 67. I outlived my wife but was blessed to find another to share this time of my life with. I have more time and money now than when I was working.
My wife and I are leaving on a cruise tomorrow morning to explore a part of the world I have been wanting to see for a long time .
My life isn’t over. Not yet. I still have plenty to do.
Move. Buy a pet. Do drugs. Eat new foods. Try gaming. Meet people. Find a hobby. Go live off the land for a week. And stop thinking you know everything ! Some suggestions
Go to a different country, learn their language, eat their food, and experience their culture. Even if you’ve been to ten different countries, you would still find new things to try, and new friends in each subsequent country.
I’m 52. Even I am old enough to know that I haven’t experienced everything. At 60 years old, you still have enough time to change your career. I don’t know what you mean by “he has thought beyond.” Beyond what? You’re only sixty, and it’s not possible for you to experience 61 without actually being 61.

Get a 3D printer, renovate a house, read 250 year old books, fix a bike, ride a bike.
You are describing depression, not age.
Well, that’s Your choice.

Travel. There has to be somewhere you haven’t been.
Maybe try new things. Stuff you wouldn’t normally do. You’d be surprised! (Hobby wise)
I feel you. The same shit in new wrapping and on repeat.
