So I watched it when I was pretty young and I thought it was thumbelina but the description doesn’t really match what I remember and the animation looked like it was made in like the 2000s and that’s all I remember if anyone knows the name please tell me it’s been bugging me for years and at this point I’m starting to think I just dreamed it up
