Depends. What enemy and what war? The US lost the Vietnam War, but Vietnam didn’t occupy the US after the war. The Soviet Union lost its war with Afghanistan, but it didn’t change their way of life much.
There are no winners in war. No idea what war your speaking of there were many. Germany lost the war, did their way of life get removed?

Assuming they wished to conquer you or you were rebelling against them, then yeah, if they won, their way would be the normal way.
Sometimes yes, but it just depends on what exact war you’re talking about. There’s a reason why England went from having Aethelreds and starting having John’s, conquerors often culturally convert their conquered subjects, but don’t always hence why after WWI and WWII it’s not like there stopped being German people.
