Watched it when I was a kid so I remember very little. He’s like middle school age and he goes to live or vacation in the countryside, maybe with his grandparents. The only scene I clearly remember is the kid being really bored and playing rock paper scissors by himself

Tried googling but not much luck. Think it’s Korean Japanese or Chinese just based on my vague memories of the scenery but could be from elsewhere. I think it was made somewhere between 90s to early 2010s
