Can anyone help me identify this musical artist?

I believe she was a UK pop artist active in the late 2000s/early 2010s. She had very pale skin and black hair. Her name may have been Claire, but not sure.

She had a music video where she’s sitting at a white table and it’s raining indoors. The directors of the mv were Alexandliane who also directed Get Outta My Way by Kylie Minogue. I’ve tried my best to google with the info I have and I can’t seem to find it!
