My teeth have been extremely sensitive and painful for a little while now and I am deathly afraid to go to the dentist, so a dental hygienist friend of mine provided me with a vial of Novocaine. I have no needle and even if I did there’s no way I could bring myself to use it! 🫨 Is there any other way of administering it?

Find a dentist who uses a general anesthetic and get everything done at once. You are headed for absolute disaster if you do not care for your teeth.
Not sure about novocaine but viscous lidocaine is available as a prescription oral solution that your doctor can prescribe. Any doctor or dentist can prescribe it. It doesn’t have a bad taste and it’s thick, so you can squirt some on a finger and then rub it onto your gums. It’s not expensive.
