First off, let me give you the context.
This employee is my grandfathers employee/friend. (Gets invited here since hes a friend) Hes been here a few months— a hard worker, on time, and
i guess good company for them.
Lately, I’ve noticed that hes been getting arrogant and previously he stepped on my boundaries. For example, i lost my keys and when i walked around the house he made a snarky comment. Basically laughing at my misery, I do think hes getting too big for his pants.
I do think hes sizing me up, seeing if im a push over or not. My first thought was a classic haymaker. That wouldn’t be feasible though 😂 Since, again, hes a solid employee and a friend of my grandfathers.
He shouldn’t be trying to step on my boundaries since hes just an employee and he doesn’t have the right to do all that. How do i emphasize this?
