[TOMT] free coming of age kindle book (??)

Okay so I got this free kindle book while I was in elementary school like 2012-2017ish where the main character was a girl and she was friends with some boys in her neighborhood. It was a series that followed her growing up and eventually getting married. I VIVIDLY remember that in the earlier books while she was in high school they would talk about “doing it” instead of ever saying anything explicit about sex
