Neither Google nor SoundHound could help me with this one.
I’m looking for an alternative/indie song that I believe is from the late 90s or early 00s. It feels pretty famous, but I can’t find it anywhere.
It has a lively, slightly messy but charming energy — a bit “sloppy with heart” — with a guy and a girl singing together. Their vocals are energetic, not perfectly tuned, but very catchy.
The chorus features a repetitive “oh-oh-oh-oh” hook.
The guitar work has some light dissonance — like interesting note choices within the chords — but it still sounds fun and uplifting, not harsh or abrasive.
It could have been a theme song for a cartoon show or appeared in a series, but I’m not sure.
I also admit it might be super underground or regional, which would explain why it’s so hard to find.
Here’s a short clip of me trying to hum the melody I remember:

Any ideas would be massively appreciated!
