I’m looking for the name of a music group from the 2000s, the singer is an English-speaking man, the tone of the songs was very melancholic / nostalgic the group used the trumpet quite a lot in its songs, slow and melodious. I think the name of the band was a compound name. I listened to it a lot at the time (around 2005 I think). At the time I was also listening to Cocorosie, it was a bit in the same style. I know it’s not much, but I’m at the end of all the tracks I’ve been able to follow.
It drives me crazy for the past 4 days 🙁
Please help me get this out of my head and allow me to revive lot of memories from that era 🙏🏻

The album art you described with reminds me of the band The Honorary Title? Scream & Light Up the Sky was the album. I don’t think they have much trumpet, though I believe the singer had some trumpet in one of his later bands.
