I (F16) have been lying to my girlfriend (F18) about who I am. For one, she thinks I am a year older than I am, so 17. Her birthday is in a few months and mine is the month after her so when she turns 19 I’ll still be 16 for a month. I don’t know how to tell her I’ve been lying about this. I don’t want to lose her but I know this breaks her trust. We’ve been friends for almost 2 years and dating since January. Is there any way to come back from this without losing her? Any advice would help.

Be honest with her now. Trust is harder to rebuild the longer you wait. Explain why you lied and have an open conversation.
