It took the Switch 2 pricing announcement for people to finally realize what COVID inflation looks like, people are upset at Nintendo when they aren’t the problem. We have been slowly boiled in water of rising temperature, many have not seen what the true impact on our daily life has been.

What are you talking about?…. A mad king decided to raise taxes on all the plebes. It’s gouging, not inflation.
You’re projecting thoughts onto people
Not just Covid inflation. Regular inflation, corporate greed, and pricing in tariffs all have a part.
Nah we noticed this long time before switch 2 announcement.
Because we , like, going to stores and buying groceries and stuff
It all went up, no way you need five years to notice this inflation.
Personally, I don’t see the issue. They are charging prices that literally fall in line with what other companies have been charging for years. The only thing that irks me is the tax on physical copies.
I mean I seen people ranting and raving about the prices and I was just like “what”
Then they said it’s price gouging and I looked at the prices with inflation and it’s about the same still
Then I seen people going “well a ps5 is still X dollars” like it’s a 1:1 comparison even
COVID inflation? Don’t you mean Trump tariff inflation?
Pretty sure the whole world has been talking about, complaining about and feeling the pain of inflation for several years now. Not sure what kind of bubble you’ve been living in.
