Now imagine that despite knowing it’s easy and having done it thousands of times before it feels like your arms are being weighed down by thousand pound boulders making them unable to move. Your strength just leaves your body and even doing very basic tasks is difficult for a short while.

For me a real doozy of one feels like you took a strong dose of pre-workout. I had an OIS and couldn’t sit still for the rest of the day.
