Even with the stealth suit V would stomp. Optical camo, smart weapons, so many nonsense options in Cyberpunk, and no one’s convincing me the Courier could’ve beaten Adam Smasher in a straight up 1v1. The only thing in Fallout I think could seriously mess V up is the Gatling plasma which isn’t in New Vegas. It’s a closer fight if you ask who wins between a fully kitted out Elder Maxon or the sole survivor in fully upgraded T-60 power armor with the Final Judgement or say Frank Horrigan.
