I’ve always struggled with my mental health and I’ve likely inherited my dad’s bipolar disorder. Last week I was in a really bad place, the lowest of lows. I skipped school, I stayed in bed just laying there, and I was considering suicide, I was just waiting for my mom to leave the house. Then I open my phone and it’s open on Spotify and I accidentally click a playlist and Sean Kingston’s “fire burning” starts playing and it completely rips me out of my mental state, the complete and utter strangeness of the situation makes me start crying laughing and it genuinely made me like lock in.
Essentially, Sean Kingston is my goat

This is my second time reading about Sean Kingston today, he just got busted for fraud lol
I relate to him because a few beautiful girls have made me want to kill myself too
I had the same thing happen to me but with Pitbull lmao if you ever need another song to play highly recommend Hotel Room Service
Da gout
He really could’ve used you as a character witness at his trial 😭
Im very glad that piece of art inspired you so strongly.
Please speak to your school counsellor about getting a healthcare professional to talk these thoughts about. I promise you saying these words out loud to another human will make you feel better, and whoever you talk to will keep them secret. They are bound by law and ethical code to keep all conversations confidential.
Part of managing mental health is learning these useful tricks and using them when you’re low. We all have them, different for everyone, and most people use them even when they don’t realize. For instance, Sean Kingston is a healthy tip. Drinking is unhealthy. Collecting coins is healthy. Just gotta learn what you like and what inspires you. Also getting better and stronger will be faster if you talk to a school counselor or similar, the good ones have perspective. Counselors can be a personal thing, so if the school counselor doesn’t work for you, look around for another one.
I promise life gets better! Oh also, try to get out a bit, that helps too. Take care!
If someone forced me to listen to Sean Kingston music it would likely give me suicidal thoughts
Free Sean Kingston
whats that they say? "never meet your heroes"
lol
I have bipolar disorder too with something about Music definitely takes me to another place. So sad. We haven’t had any really good music, but I’ve been digging back into all my oldies lol I am definitely a R&B girly, but I love all genres as long as it’s good music, glad you found somethingthat can help you and happy. I’m not alone in the bipolar club.
